Deposits for custom jackets are non-refundable but may be applied to your custom jacket.

Shipping 

All orders are sent through flat-rate shipping with USPS. Tracking numbers are provided when an item is shipped. Once the item is accepted at the local post office, MxM is not responsible for lost or stolen packages and a claim must be filed with USPS.
